Products picked up locally in-store can be exchanged within 72 hours if any damages are found. Products delivered cannot be exchanged at all; a quality check will be made upon delivery to ensure the product has no damages. Delivery charges include the price of assembly, if applicable. If a product is picked up locally and the customer finds any damages to the product within six days (although unlikely), an exchange for another identical product can be made.


To return a damaged/defective product, send an email to [email protected] with your name, order number and reason for return. We will process the return once the email is received. We do not offer returns or exchanges for any other reasons.


Deliveries are coordinated personally with customers over phone. Once your order is received, our store will call you within 1-2 business days to schedule a delivery time and date convenient for you. Delivery dates are also dependent on stock, which will be discussed during scheduling as well.


A reminder call will be given to customers the day before delivery date in order to confirm delivery. If customer is not present for any reason when delivery is set to arrive, an additional fee may be applicable.


While we update our stock manually, our website does not automatically calculate or show updated availability of all items. To confirm stock, please feel free to call our customer support (305-816-0049) or send us an email to [email protected].


In the event that an order is made and the item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately over the phone. In such an event, you will have two options: you can wait for the product to be back in stock, or an immediate refund will be returned to you.


Delivery prices on our pages are standard prices for first floors only. For additional floors/stairs, an extra fee may apply. Fee is dependent on individual customer circumstances. Please call customer support in order to receive an estimate of what the fee can be. The customer is responsible for any parking arrangements required for completion of delivery.


We allow cancellation up to 12 hours after an order has been placed. To cancel an order, an email must be sent to our customer service email or place a phone call (305-816-0049) within 12 hours.


Home Deco Frame and Furniture reserves the right to cancel an order when we determine that we will not be able to fulfill your order. Upon such cancellation, we will notify the customer and refund the full amount that has already been paid.


We cannot guarantee that the finish of the ordered wood, leather, or stone will be exactly as pictured. Imperfections or variations in the grain, color, or sheen of the wood may occur naturally. Stone finishes such as marble and granite may differ in color and veining. In addition, variations in the color, sheen and texture (wrinkling and natural marks) of leather may occur due to different dying and tanning processes and natural phenomena. As a result, these naturally occurring characteristics are not viewed as damages or defects. Please also note that furniture with a distressed finish may have marks and spots that are not considered damages and are done on purpose to create the distressed look.

When ordering a specific item, there may be more items shown on the picture. Please be aware that you will be receiving only the specific item ordered. Do not assume that by purchasing the item you will receive all of the items pictured. Please make sure to always read the title of the item before placing your order.

Occasionally, there may be information on the website which may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, availability, etc. Home Deco Frame and Furniture reserves the right to correct any of these errors and to update the information at any time, without prior notice. Home Deco Frame and Furniture reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any said errors.

The customer voluntarily assumes all risk of accident when using any product on this order and agree to release of liability and forever discharge Home Deco Frame and Furniture of any and all claims, demands or suits which have arisen or may arise as a result of the use any product.

In the event Home Deco Frame and Furniture takes legal action concerning the terms of this agreement, whether or not the matter proceeds to judgment, Home Deco Frame and Furniture shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and out of pocket costs incurred.
